4. Incredible Online Business Opportunity
***********************************************************
Hi,
Most business owners have heard the adage: “It’s cheaper
to retain an existing client than to acquire a new one, but it’s
amazing how little a lot of businesses do to retain customers
costing themselves a great deal of money in the process. Read
and apply the info in my article this week: “7 Simple Ways To
Build Client Loyalty” to make sure you’re not one of them.
I am aware that some of you have decided that maybe home
daycare isn’t for you or you want to supplement your income in a
different way and for you I’ve included details at the end of this
newsletter of a new home business opportunity I’ve found out
about. I know it’s making a lot of money for some people, so I
thought it would be remiss of me not to let you know about it.
Best Wishes,

7 SIMPLE WAYS TO BUILD CLIENT LOYALTY
Did you know that over 60 percent of home daycare customers
will leave simple because of perceived indifference? They
think their daycare provider doesn't care, and they simply
move on.
When you consider the fact that it costs more to acquire a
new customer than it does to hold onto an existing one it
becomes very clear just how important it is to take time to
marketing to your existing clients and not just new ones.
Use these 7 easy tips to turn your existing clients into
raving fans:
1. Continue to learn. Take the time to build upon your
knowledge and professional growth. The more improvements you
make to yourself and your business, the more your clients
benefit. The more they benefit, the longer they'll stay.
2. Reward your clients. You don't need an official Customer
Rewards Program or anything like that, but it is important
to try to come up with some ideas that will make your
clients feel special and appreciated, even if it's just
providing their child with the materials to make them a
Christmas gift.
3. Send a card. It's always nice to receive something in the
post that isn't a bill or junk mail. Your clients will
appreciate a thoughtful card.
4. Say "thank you". Remind your customers that you're
grateful for their business. Simply saying "Thanks for
continuing to use my home daycare" can go a long way towards
making your clients feel valued and appreciated.
5. Hand out leaflets or articles. Childcare related leaflets
and articles can purchased inexpensively or even printed out
if you have permission from the author. This is helpful for
the parents and also shows you have a high level of interest
in providing the best environment possible for their
children.
6. Clear up disputes and problems quickly and with a
positive attitude. Occasionally things go wrong and mistakes
happen: that's just a part of doing business. What makes the
difference is how you handle these. Treat complaints as
feedback that will give you the opportunity to improve next
time.
7. Set the tone with a smile. "A smile is really a simple
thing - an expression of welcome, there is no cost
involved." ~John R. Hendrie. This may sound obvious, but
sadly, it's something that's often overlooked in this day
and age.
It doesn't take a lot to remind clients how much you value
and appreciate their continued business. Small things really
can make a big difference.
Don't forget, a satisfied clients is more likely to become a
long-term client, and a long-term client is more likely to
become a source of referrals.

INCREDIBLE ONLINE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY
A while ago, in a past newsletter, I let you know about a
friend of mine in the UK called Simeon Tuitt who is making
an incredible income online from Internet marketing and his
mentoring program.
If you're a stay-at-home Moms (or Dads) and you've decided
that daycare isn't for you, then I'd highly recommend
checking this out. For that matter, I'd also recommend
taking a look if you are running a home daycare as this
really is a great opportunity.
Plus he's now added some incredible bonuses. Take a look
