with your kids?
From: Mary Nightingale
Dear Friend,
More Money, More Time With the Kids, Less Stress and doing something you
LOVE - if this is something you want - take a moment to read this
life-changing letter.
If you've ever thought about starting your own home daycare - so you can
stay home with your children and watch them grow - while avoiding the most
common mistakes that most home daycare providers make, then this could be
the most important letter you'll ever read.
I understand how passionate you are
about your children and I want you to realize how the secrets in my
multimedia course can allow you to spend far more
time with them and still make a great living by opening an incredibly
successful home daycare.
I am going to try something very different
here.
All the marketing experts tell me that I need
to hit you over the head with marketing hype if I have any hope of
“selling” you my Home Daycare Secrets
home study course.
Well, I hope those marketing experts are all
wrong because I am about to break all their
rules.
You see, I figure this is a letter among
friends. The only people who are going to see this are
our community members. That includes my newsletter subscribers and blog readers.
And the
odds are that at one time or other we have either talked or
exchanged emails.
So I am going to treat you like a friend
here - and that means I am going to leave out all the hype
that those marketing folks tell me to put in.
There is a lot of information in this
letter. That is because I want you to make an informed
decision…
After reading about everything that's included, you'll
almost certainly want to go right ahead and place your order, but I want to make certain you know all the facts
first.
How A Loving, But
Frustrated Young Mother Had A Brainwave That Saved Her From A Future Of
Guilt And Regret
Sally Hatfield felt like her insides were being ripped apart. She loved
her son so much, but she couldn’t bear to leave him at daycare every day
while she went off to work.
Just thinking about it upset her until one November morning, an idea
struck her between the eyes... why not open a home daycare. She knew others
were doing it, it just never occurred to her she could do the same thing
herself.
If she did that, she could spend all day with
her son and still make money.
There had to be a catch though.
Could she really make enough?...
She did some sums and what she found
amazed her.
She worked out a breakdown of possible expenses:
Gross Monthly Income - $3,000
Less Taxes - $900 Less Daycare Expenses - $500 Less Gas - $100 Less Dry Cleaning/Other - $200
Spending more time with your children - Priceless Net Monthly Income - $1300
Since she already had her own son, she knew she already had many of the
items she needed to get started.
To work out how much money she would need coming in to replace her
existing income with her home daycare business, she divided what she was
making right now by how much she was paying every month for childcare ($500).
$1300 divided by $500 = 2.6 meaning she'd need to care for 2 full time
children and 1 part time child to replace her current income.
She then worked out that her taxable income for providing home daycare
could also be reduced by a lot of the stuff she already paid for:
Depreciation on her home;
Grocery expenses (she knew she could get a lot of this back by joining the
USDA Food Program);
Utilities, such as power and cable.
...not to mention loads of other expenses she was already paying which could
be set against her profits.
When she took off the cost of daycare and everything she could claim as
an expense, she found she could easily make more staying at home looking after her son,
and a few others, than she did going out to work.
Her eyes nearly popped out of their sockets when she realized. She
couldn't wait to get started.
Just like Sally, you may be amazed at how much sense it makes financially,
but there's really far more too it than that.
There are actually all kinds of benefits to starting a home daycare:
You Can Be Independent
You can forget the frustrating commute to work and you can stop
sacrificing your child's early years to a boss
who doesn't appreciate you. You choose when you want to go on holiday. You set your own rules and limits and work out
of the comfort of your own home. You're the boss now and you make the
rules.
Contribute To Your Community
You can rightly feel proud, knowing you’re helping your community by raising
happy, responsible children.
Have A Proper Family Life
Too many families these days hardly see each other except gathered round
the TV screen eating ready meals off their laps. You can have a real
family life with your kids. Your spouse could stay at home too and make
it a real family business.
Benefit Those Around You There are all kinds of hidden benefits to those closest to you
when you open a home daycare. If you take on a large number of children,
your husband or wife could stay home and join in the family business.
Maybe your parents love your children, but it's not always convenient
for them to take care of them when something comes up in your life.
You'll be able to see more of your friends and siblings since you don't
have to separate work and family time so much.
Save Time And Money
Trying to work all this stuff up on your own could take months if not
years (and even then I'm betting you won't discover everything in this
course). Why waste your time and money?
Enjoy An Active Life
You don't need to worry about being stuck in a boring office with loads
of kids around to keep you active and laughing.
Home daycare is a business you can be proud of running and grow as large
as you like. Far from being an end to your career or working life, it's an
exciting new business with all kinds of opportunities for growth.
Whether you want to just take care of a few kids by yourself or open a
large facility with several employees, Home Daycare Secrets can help.
If you're already running a home daycare of course, then home daycare
secrets can take your business to the next level.
The course is also very popular amongst childcare workers who want to go
into business for themselves.
I write a blog on the
subject of home daycare and I read loads of other people's. I’m amazed just how many blog posts I
see from
new home daycare providers just going into business.
They weren't business experts. They were loving mothers, just like you,
who wanted to spend more time with their kids.
Here are just two of the many examples I found:
“My home daycare should be opened within the next two weeks or so and I
am getting so excited. Nothing better than a job where you can play with
others kids and your own kids all day and get paid for it. Well, I guess
that is all for now. Hope to hear from ya. Love forever Amber”
This is part of a post made by Amber on her MySpace blog.
“Now, let me see what else is there, o yes my job. Well, all I can say
for that is it just plain sucks! I mean I don’t get paid crap for all the
work I do. I mean come on I have had 4 years of experience and am certified.
But no these damn people are too cheap. So, to solve this problem I have
decided to quit my job come the end of February and start a home daycare at
the beginning of March. I will end up making a lot more than I am now and it
will be under my rules.”
This is also from a MySpace blog owned by Alise.
The excitement of new home daycare providers like Amber and Alise was
downright contagious. It really caught my imagination.
I couldn't stop thinking about what an
amazing opportunity this was for mothers who want to spend more time with
their children and for people who just love to take care of
kids.
After that I went deep underground. I kept
searching, frantically looking for what really made a successful daycare.
I found plenty of sources of
information. It's hard when there's so much garbage on the Internet, but I was able to piece together quite a bit. I knew there must
be more to it though, if you wanted to open a really successful home daycare.
That's when I started talking to the real experts. The really successful
home daycare providers and the business experts who know how to setup a home
daycare that optimizes not only how much money you make, but also the amount
of fun and free time you can have.
How A Passionate Home
Daycare Provider Changed Her Life... And You Can Too
Of the experts I spoke to, the most exciting was a delightful, yet
strong-minded provider named Nora Parkman who has a real passion for
giving children the best start in life. Amazingly, Nora's been looking
after children since she was 8, 30 years ago.
Nora used to work in daycare centers, but when her daughter was 9 months old,
she realized that she could make just as much
money watching very few kids in her own house.
Working for her whiney boss didn't make sense anymore, but she
was worried about financially swinging the home daycare.
She needn't have worried. She advertised for children to come to her home
daycare and very soon had enough to replace her income.
Nora's experience at the corporate daycare center did have some benefits
though. She made certain she had a water-tight contract and she stuck to
it. (If you're thinking you want a copy of that contract, just sit tight,
we'll get back to that soon.)
Nora's last few words to me summed it up perfectly:
"No matter what I would be working with kids, it's what I know best. Running
a home daycare allows me to do that, make good money and be with my own kids
every day."
I just knew Nora had to be a big part of the Home Daycare Secrets course.
That's why I recorded a special hour long interview with her and included
the audio, along with a transcription of the conversation.
Here's what you'll know after listening to Nora's audio interview:

others. I've included them in what I've called the 'Special Links
Document'.
This document also includes links to message boards where you can ask

Nora gave some amazing information, but there was still something
missing. I wanted home daycare providers to understand what was going on in
their business.
Doing this gives peace of mind and a feeling of being in control.
That's why I started looking for the business expert on home

Wait, There's More...
Even though Monique did an amazing job of explaining all this stuff in a
detailed, but easy-to-understand way, I wanted more. I wanted a detailed
business plan that even a business novice could take, with just a little
editing to suit their situation, and run with.
I was searching online one day and I came across a guy named DaJuan Tarquit. It soon became obvious that he was one of the top experts when it
came to the home daycare business.
He had a list of successful clients as long as your arm. Many of his
clients were people just like you who wanted to start a home daycare so that
they could stay at home with their kids without taking a pay cut.
I decided I just had to get hold of one of his business plans and include
it with this course. I knew he'd be expensive (and I wasn't far wrong), but
I managed to negotiate a good deal and got him to begrudgingly agree to let
me include the plan as part of my course.
Not only that, but I got him to include 3 spreadsheets for cashflow,
profit and loss and sales projections.
I also managed to cut a special deal with a website I found called
BoundlessPlans.com to include some of their stuff in the package. Again,
it wasn't cheap, but I managed to convince them to let me included their
sample business plan and business plan writing guide, 10 more advanced
financial spreadsheets and 3 substantial documents about getting support and
funding for your home business.
So there you have it, all laid out, exactly what you should do to get
your home daycare up and running and what you can expect when it is.
Now, I don't want you to tell me you can't set up a home daycare because
you don't know enough about running a business. Not when it's all laid out
for you right here.
Whew, that's an amazing amount of information and real hard to come by
anywhere but in this course

there...

That is just a sampling of the notes I've gotten. There
are a lot more… but they all really say the same thing – my content is just
what people are looking for.
What will it cost you to NOT own "Home Daycare Secrets"?
We're not just talking about money
here. Sure, you can make great money from running your own home daycare,
but there's something more important than that.
When you open your own home daycare, you
can spend all day with your children. You can watch them grow and make sure
they grow up the way you want. You can have fun with them and enjoy being
with them instead of being out at work, wishing you could see more of your
family.
Finally... you can have the family life
you always wanted, be independent and take control of your life.
Children grow up fast. The worst thing
you can do is wake up one day when they're in their 20s and about to leave
home and you start crying with regret because you wished you'd spent more
time with them and had more fun with them when they were younger...
Trust me, it goes faster than you think.
Is it really worth NOT seeing your
child's first steps, just so you can please your boss?
What's more, you can really make a
difference in your community by raising happy, responsible children.
Look, the demand for this course is
huge. It's going to be successful no matter what, but if you don't get hold
of it right away, you're going to continue living a life of frustration,
wondering what could have been.
Even worse, you could miss out on some
of the best years of your child's growth.
Don't let that happen to you. It's
time to take control and live life on your terms.
There's no doubt that society looks down
its nose at stay-at-home moms. Well you don't have to take it any longer.
Just imagine the feeling of pride and
excitement.
What we have put together in Home
Daycare Secrets is 30 years of Nora's life work and the expert business
knowledge of Monique... And that's without the forms, manual and bonuses.
If you use just a tenth of the
knowledge contained in this course... it will pay for
itself many times over.
Do you know how much it what cost you to
get this information elsewhere?
Well, I can tell you right now how much
it cost me to put this course together... $2,047.66.
Based on that, I decided to charge $297
for the course. I thought that was a fair price considering the time, effort
and money that had gone into creating it.
But then I thought of all the loving
mothers and child-lovers out there who were desperate to start their home
daycare, but were short on cash and wouldn't be able to afford $297.
I decided on $197 for the whole course,
but realized there were some members of our community who would still have a
stretch to reach that.
It just didn't feel right...
So in the end I decided on just $97
for the whole lot. Sure,
I'm probably not making as much as I could, but at
least the people I've come to know and love as friends from my newsletter
and blog will be able to get hold of this information and use it to take
charge of their lives and open a successful home daycare.
Plus, because this course is 100%
instantly downloadable, it means I can afford to sell it for less because I
don't need to worry about printing, creating CDs and shipping.
Having said that though, I'm certainly
not guaranteeing that the course will remain at $97 forever. I reserve the
right to increase the price at any time and I'm seriously considering doing
so after about a week.
By the way, don't worry if you've never
bought a downloadable product before. After your payment goes through you'll
be given detailed instructions for downloading each part of the course (only
takes a few minutes).
Even if there is a problem, I'm right here
to answer your questions.
Before we move on though, I want you to
understand that this course isn't for everyone.
If you're not prepared to take action
and get your home daycare setup, then this isn't for
you. In fact, if the course is just going to sit there on your computer and
do nothing, then I don't want to take your money.
I have a feeling that if you are still reading
this letter at this point, you have got to be serious about setting up a
successful home daycare.
OK, let's wrap this up...
