Hi,
I’ve just been reading a forum thread which would be very helpful for any daycare provider trying to come up with activities for their Christian home daycare.
Here’s an example post to the thread:
“I was using a pre built curriculum but I’m sick of them. I’ve decided to make my own and I’m going to save them for future use. This way if I read a story to all my children I can have different groups do projects appropriate to their age but at the same time we have an overall theme going on for everybody. Besides I was improvising pre-builts anyway. I was changing project ideas around and materials used. I even started to read the stories beforehand and then either simplified them or went into more detail depending on the situation. So they were a waste. I’m better off reading from the Bible, I also found Children’s Bibles to be very useful and I love to look for art projects online even non-Christian ones because you can alter almost any project to suit the needs of a Christian class.”
You can read the whole thing here: Christian Curriculum
Talk soon,
Mary

I absolutely like your blog and find nearly all of your post’s to be precisely what I’m looking for. Does one offer guest writers to write content for you? I wouldn’t mind creating a post on some subjects you write about here. Again, awesome site!
