Sometimes it can be hard to think of good activities to do with the kids in your daycare.
Fortunately, I found in interesting forum post about home daycare activities which gives some good ideas.
Here’s an excerpt:
“Dianna had a good idea with her paint dropper activity. I know there’s an activities portion to this website but let’s all post an idea for an art/craft activity that we like to do with our kids.
An activity I did with my kids last year was with paint, a pringles can, small round objects to fit into that pringles can (like marbles, ping pong balls, etc) and paper (cut it a bit to fit around the inner perimeter of the pringles can without a lot of overlapping.)
Then you put different size balls into bowls with paint. The kids choose their colors and the balls and drop them (one at a time or all at once) into the pringles can. Put the cover on and let them shake away. Their finished products are fantastic! And they had a ball!”
